Recognition Program

The Huntington acknowledges the generosity of individuals, corporations, and foundations by including them in recognition societies, events, and communication. The Chinese Garden project offers a special cascade of recognition as well as full membership benefits to The Huntington for a limited time. Donor levels are described below.

Acknowledgement Opportunities

In addition to acknowledgement on a collective donor wall, donors of $100,000 or more are invited to receive recognition at an appropriate site or structure within the garden. View available acknowledgement opportunities.

Donor Levels

Jade Level - $100,000 or more
• The right to be acknowledged at the appropriate structure in the Garden or with a named fund.
• Recognition on The Huntington’s Successor Donor Wall and an invitation to an annual Successor event
• Participation in the Jade Circle Council, an affinity group supporting the Chinese Garden
• A complimentary two-year membership in the Huntington Circle, The Huntington’s premier support group in the Society of Fellows
• Listing on the Chinese Garden Donor Wall
• Appropriate recognition in regular institutional publications

Ruby Level - $50,000 - $99,999
• Participation in the Jade Circle Council, an affinity group supporting the Chinese Garden
• A complimentary two-year membership in the President’s Circle of The Huntington’s Society of Fellows
• Listing on the Chinese Garden Donor Wall
• Appropriate recognition in regular institutional publications

Pearl Level - $25,000 - $49,999
• Participation in the Jade Circle Council, an affinity group supporting the Chinese Garden
• A complimentary two-year membership in the Society of Fellows at the Annual level
• Listing on the Chinese Garden Donor Wall
• Appropriate recognition in regular institutional publications

Emerald Level - $10,000 - $24,999
• Listing on the Chinese Garden Donor Wall
• A complimentary two-year Huntington membership at the Benefactor level
• Appropriate recognition in regular institutional publications

Opal Level - $5,000 - $9,999
• A complimentary one-year Huntington membership at the Benefactor level
• Appropriate recognition in regular institutional publications

Coral Level - $1,000 - $4,999
• A designated number of Huntington Library guest passes
• Appropriate recognition in regular institutional publications
